Your Fall 2026 registration form has been submitted. We are so glad to have you joining us!

To confirm your registration, please complete the following steps:

Season Registration - One Time Payment

Season tuition for Fall 2026 is $495, which covers participation in the full season.
Choosing this option helps us cover up-front costs such as deposits for rehearsal and performance venues and equipment, as well as ongoing operating expenses and fair compensation for our director to prepare for the season. Thank you!

Season Registration - Monthly Instalment Plan

Payment plans are available, allowing members to pay their season tuition fee in instalments as follows:
- $200 due upon registration to secure your spot
- $120 due monthly on October 1st, November 1st, and December 1st.
You will receive an email reminder when it's time to make your next payment.
By agreeing to an instalment plan, members commit to pay the full season tuition in 4 instalments (review the Registration section in our Terms and Conditions for details).

Submitting Payment

Payments can be made via e-transfer to register@raincoastchoir.com
Transfers are set to auto-deposit and you should receive an email confirming receipt of payment. This serves as confirmation that your registration is complete.
You will receive an official welcome email with your section assignment and other resources shortly before the season starts.
Please note, your registration is not confirmed until payment is made.

Refund Policy

Members must withdraw from choir before Friday, September 25th to receive a refund for the season.
A $25 adminstrative fee will be deducted from the refund, as well as $25 for each week attended.
No refunds will be given for season tuition after the deadline.
No refunds will be provided for missed rehearsals. The registration fee is for participation in the full season.

We recommend listening to these songs a bunch! This will help you get a feel for the melody (which provides great context for understanding and memorizing harmonies), the style, and energy of the songs.
Additional songs will be added as we finalize our repertoire.
