STORE POLICIES
1. Proudly Printed in Canada
Items are printed in and shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are currently only shipping within Canada. If you live outside of Canada and are interested in ordering items from our store, please contact us at info@raincoastchoir.com.
2. Production Time Estimates
All items are made to order, and typically take approximately 5-7 business days to produce. Transit time should be added to the production time to best estimate the arrival date for your order. Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays.
Estimates are based on orders of 1 to 5 items. Larger orders may take up to an additional 3 days to produce.
3. Shipping Estimates
Your order should arrive within approximately 5-7 business days with standard shipping, and 1-2 business days with express shipping. These estimates begin from the time production on your order is completed and your order is shipped.
Carrier timelines for delivery to your address may vary depending on your province, and all timelines we provide for delivery are estimates. During heavy shipping times such as holidays and during inclement weather, some shipments may arrive later than expected. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience.
4. Delayed Orders
Let us know within 10 business days of the ship date if you haven’t received your package.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at info@raincoastchoir.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
5. Colour and Print Accuracy
While we strive to ensure the colours in our designs are as accurate as possible, please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the nature of the printing process. Image placement may also vary slightly between the product photos and the printed items. We use high-quality printing methods, but slight variations in colour and placement are inherent in print-on-demand products.
6. Defective Items
If you receive a defective product (a flaw that prevents the product from being used for its intended purpose), please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with the order number and a few clear pictures of the problem. Sometimes items can be damaged in transit. In this case, we may need more information from you to help file the claim with the postal system.
7. Refund Policy
In general, custom printed orders are non-refundable since they cannot be resold. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.
Items that have a mechanical issue or manufacturer's defect will be reprinted and re-shipped. A mechanical issue in most cases means a flaw in the product that prevents it from being used for its intended purpose.
8. Sizing Issues
Since all items are printed and made-to-order we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please verify product sizing before ordering and using the guides on our product pages to check measurements.
